The DSA team 

Director General 
Lynda has worked within the Direct Selling industry for the majority of her career. With over 20 years at Avon Cosmetics working across a number of disciplines including, HR, Sales Support (UK and Europe) and PR, after which she provided consultancy support to a number of other direct selling companies. 
Lynda joined the UK Direct Selling Association (UK DSA) in 2010 and is now holds the position of Director General. The DSA is the recognised Trade Association for Direct Selling companies and is the voice of direct selling and our 60+ members enjoy the protection and extensive benefits of being a member. 
Business Development & Member Services Manager 
Craig has worked within blue chip companies for the past 10 years spanning the mortgage environment within investment banking to careers advice & guidance and partnering with the public sector through outsourcing of education and employability skills. Craig has worked predominantly within HR with a focus on finance recruitment and relationship management. Over this time people have always been at the heart of Craig`s daily activities. 
Finance & Events Manager 
Chris spent 20 years working at Avon Cosmetics in various roles including Technical Services Clerk, Sales Support Administrator, Divisional Assistant and finally as a Personal Assistant to several Regional Sales Managers. She also worked on the publication Direct Selling News Europe. 
Chris joined the UK Direct Selling Association (UK DSA) in 2010 and holds the position of Finance and Events Manager. 
Website & Social Media Manager 
Zoe is one of the latest additions to our DSA team, Zoe will be working on the DSA social media platforms, delivering monthly strategies and working with our PR Company. Zoe also deals with phone enquiries to the office along with helping at our events including Seminars and our Annual Conference.
