Philanthropy
Beauty for a Purpose also means giving support to causes that impact women. To date, Avon (globally) has donated nearly one billion dollars toward ending breast cancer and domestic violence.
In 1992, Avon UK launched its Breast Cancer Crusade which has so far raised more than £16.5million for charities including Breast Cancer Now and the Crazy Hats Breast Cancer Appeal.
Avon UK has also donated more than £1.5million to the domestic violence cause, supporting their charity partners, Refuge and Women’s Aid to help end violence against women.
