Meridian MMi is a leading provider of international executive search, recruitment and consultancy services to the direct selling industry and brands seeking to go direct to consumer (DTC).

We specialise in placing Senior and Middle Management professionals in corporate roles across the UK, Europe, and globally within the Direct Selling sector.

Our approach is trusted by both clients and candidates seeking a tailored, honest, and results-driven recruitment service. We offer expertise in Executive Search & Selection as well as Interim Management and Consultancy solutions – designed to deliver impactful leadership where it’s needed most.

Established over 30 years, Meridian MMi is owned and run by Chris Fenna and Bob Parker. As two of just twelve people inducted into the UK DSA ‘Hall of Fame’ for services to direct selling, and a combined 70+ years’ experience it is no coincidence that Meridian MMi is the go-to recruitment company for the direct selling sector. Bob joined Meridian MMI in 2024 bringing his wealth of experience to support both direct selling companies and brands across Europe to flourish in this new era of DTC.

For companies seeking top-tier candidates to drive success, or professionals looking for inspiring opportunities with industry-leading direct selling brands, Meridian is here to help. Our commitment is to connect outstanding talent with exceptional organisations -placing candidates in roles that advance their careers while empowering businesses with individuals who make a lasting impact.
